Overview
Join Jax Window Services, a growing window cleaning business in Middle Tennessee, as an Independent Sales Contractor! We’re seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to sell our window cleaning services to homeowners and storefront/small business/restaurant clients. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential—your hustle determines your paycheck. You’ll have the freedom to build your own schedule and maximize your income with residual earnings on both residential and commercial sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, Sell, Schedule: Identify and secure window cleaning jobs for homes and storefronts/small businesses using your preferred strategies (e.g., door-to-door, networking, referrals). Coordinate scheduling by contacting the company (call, text, or email—your choice) to confirm next availability for the service, ensuring a time that works for both the customer and the company’s schedule. Get paid after service completion, when the company performs and collects payment for the scheduled job.
Qualifications
- Experience: Sales experience preferred (e.g., door-to-door, retail, or service industry), but not required—motivation and hustle outweigh formal credentials.
- Availability: Flexible, self-directed schedule—ideal for candidates comfortable working independently with no set hours.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the U.S. (e.g., valid SSN or TIN for tax reporting).
Skills
- Sales Acumen: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with homeowners and small business owners
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to build rapport, explain services, handle objections and coordinate job scheduling.
- Self-Motivation: Drive to prospect and sell without supervision—comfortable setting and achieving personal sales targets.
